End-User Relevance
The main reason behind this is that state-of-the-art AI techniques can only operate in the same scenarios seen during training As a result the vendor needs to train the AI algorithm in each of the production networks where it is planning to deploy it
Disclaimer: Recently Graph Neural Networks (GNN) emerged as the only AI solution capable of generalizing to unseen networks This allows a vendor to train a GNN-based AI algorithm and deploy it as is on any operator’s network
